Serafinas History
Serafina is known throughout the tri-state area for her elegant and charismatic performances. Her spirited dances
and artistic skill have made her an audience favorite, and her style continues to evolve. Serafina's background in gymnastics,
yoga, and other forms of dance helped her to learn the art of Middle Eastern dance when she began studying and performing
in 1999 at Serena Studios, and since then she has taken workshops with several other renowned instructors and incorporated
elements from each into her work.
Serafina now provides entertainment for a variety of events and dances to
a wide range of music, from classical Egyptian pieces to modern Bollywood hits. In addition to her more traditional
performances, Serafina has danced with the Cosmic Brotherhood of Ra and sung lead in the rock band PipeDreams. She is
available for solo shows and group performances, and can coordinate lesson-performance packages for children's parties, bachelorette
parties, and birthdays. No matter what the event, Serafina is sure to captivate and get the audience dancing. |
